Governing Documents

For those interested in purchasing land in any of the Water Ridge POA subdivisions:

Please note that there are some properties in the community that were built under the guidance of the original developer. These properties may or may not conform to the subdivision CC&Rs (documents below). Those non-conformities may not be approved by the Water Ridge POA Architectural Control Committee. Please refer to the CC&R attached below for a complete listing of restrictions for each subdivision: Water Ridge 1, Water Ridge 2, Cliffs of Water Ridge 1, and Diamond S Ranch. Please note that the CC&Rs are different for each subdivision.
